Massage Treatments

Your session is tailored to you—whether you’re looking to relieve tension, recover from physical strain, or simply take some time to unwind.  Each treatment is one-on-one and adjusted to what your body needs that day, with a focus on helping you feel better both during and after your visit.  Below you’ll find a description of the treatments offered, along with general guidance on how much time to book.

Booking Guidelines

30 min - Best for focusing on one smaller area that needs attention, such as the neck, shoulders, or low back.  This is also a good option for children.

45 min - A good choice for larger areas of the body, like the legs or full back.

60 min - Ideal for a general full-body treatment, or for more focused work on a larger area such as the back and neck.

75 min - Allows time for a full-body treatment, with extra attention to one area that needs more focus.

90 min - A slower, more complete session for full-body work and deeper relaxation.

Hot Stone & Massage

Smooth, heated stones are used to warm the muscles and help the body relax more deeply, allowing for a slower, more comfortable treatment.
There are two approaches to hot stone massage, depending on what you’re looking for.
The first is a more traditional, relaxation-focused session. This is a full-body treatment that includes the use of heated stones placed on the body, allowing you to fully unwind. A minimum of 75 minutes is recommended for this style.
The second is a more therapeutic approach, using the heat from the stones to work directly into specific areas of tension and help release tight muscles and trigger points.
Both approaches are designed to help you relax more deeply, ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and leave feeling balanced.

Cupping & Massage

Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the tissue and increase circulation, helping to ease muscle tension and areas of fascial restriction.
It is incorporated into your session to target specific areas that need more attention, working alongside massage to support deeper release.
Many clients find it helps reduce tightness and leaves them feeling more relaxed and balanced.

Therapeutic Massage

A focused, treatment-based approach aimed at easing both short-term and ongoing muscle tension and discomfort. Each session is tailored to address areas of tightness, restriction, or imbalance to help reduce pain and improve movement.
This is well suited for those dealing with regular soreness or injuries, including strain from physical activity, work, or everyday wear and tear.
Pressure and techniques are adjusted to your needs, and while some areas may feel tender during treatment, the goal is always to work within a comfortable range. Mild soreness afterward can occur and typically settles within a day or two.

Relaxation Massage

A slower, calming treatment designed to help you unwind and release built-up tension. The focus is on gentler, flowing techniques that support relaxation and help settle the nervous system.
This is a good option if you’re looking to de-stress and take some time to reset, rather than address specific injuries or problem areas.

Deep Tissue Massage

A more focused approach that works into the deeper layers of muscle to help release tension and areas of restriction.
It can be incorporated into your session alongside other therapeutic techniques to give extra attention to areas that need deeper work.

Sports Massage

A more focused, invigorating treatment designed to help prepare the body for activity or support recovery afterward.

Senior Massage

A gentle, personalized treatment designed with comfort in mind. Techniques and pressure are adjusted to suit each individual, helping to ease tension, support mobility, and provide a calm, relaxing experience.

Prenatal Massage

A gentle, supportive treatment for expectant mothers, designed with comfort in mind at every stage of pregnancy. It can help ease tension, reduce common areas of discomfort, and provide a calm space to relax.

Child's Massage

A gentle, age-appropriate treatment for younger clients, designed to support growing bodies. It can help ease growing pains and the general aches that come with an active lifestyle, while providing a calm and comfortable experience.
