Hot Stone & Massage
There are 2 basic styles of Hot Stone:
First is the traditional relaxation method, this is a whole body treatment which includes more placement of passive stones including chakra layouts, minimum 75 minutes is required.

Second is a more therapeutic approach, utilizing the hot stones to deliver targeted heat directly to the muscle to aide in release of pain and trigger points.
Both will promote deep relaxation, ease tight muscles, decrease stress, improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system and soothe and balance the nervous system.
Cupping & Massage
Cupping massage is a therapeutic technique that involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This suction helps to increase blood flow, relieve muscle tension, target fascial restriction and promote relaxation. Often used in traditional Chinese medicine, cupping can also aid in detoxification and enhance overall well-being. Experience the soothing effects of cupping massage and discover a new level of relaxation for your body and mind.
