These are our most frequently asked questions, have a look and you might see a question that you didn't know you had!

What is your cancellation policy?

Will I be able to claim my massage with my insurance company?

Absolutely!  I am registered with Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association, CMMOTA for short.  All information you will need to submit to your insurance company will be provided on your receipt that is emailed you.

Do you direct bill my insurance company?

Not yet but we are in the process setting up those options.  In the mean time, a receipt will be emailed to you which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement.  The process is fairly easy these days whereas you can submit online through your insurance portal.

What if I cannot find a treatment time that works with my schedule?

Please reach out and we will  try and find an alternate time for you outside of the regular schedule.  However if at all possible try and book within the scheduled bookings times.

Do you have air conditioning?

Yes!  Even on those hot plus 30 days you can relax in comfort.

If I am late for my booking, do I get my full treatment time?

Up to 5 minutes can typically be accommodated. 

Longer late times you will still be seen for the remainder of your scheduled treatment, however you will be charged for your full treatment slot.

Do you do aromatherapy?

Yes we do!  Bring fragrant botanical aromatherapy  into the treatment room.

I want to try cupping but I don't want to book a full cupping massage...

You can request cupping and your therapist will integrate it into your massage for small areas. Silicone suction would be used in place of the glass cups.

Why are the cupping and hot stone massages priced differently than the other massages?

The price difference between the cupping and hot stone massages is different to accommodate for the setup and clean-up time involved.

Can I bring my own cream or oil?

Yes, if you have a favorite feel free to bring it along or try one of our pre-blended aromatherapy choices.

Do you do stomach massages?

Yes, but only if asked for. Can be good for digestive issues and helps relieve constipation.

Do you have cats and dogs?

Yes, we have 2 cats and 3 dogs on the farm (as well as chickens, ducks and turkeys), they do have a play area in a different building they stay in while we have massage guests  and we do keep them out of the treatment room.  However if you have a severe allergy, please be aware of the risks.
