Some of you know how important nutrition and quality ingredients are to me—and over the past while, that focus has naturally grown into something more.

I’m really excited to finally share Field & Stone Bakehouse.

It’s centered around fresh stone-milled grain, slow natural fermentation, and creating food that supports the body while still feeling like a true indulgence. The same care and intention I bring into the treatment room, just expressed in a different way.
